As people are starting to do their own trades we have set a few rules for everyone doing trades,
I thought instead of doing an individual forum post for everyone on the rules that I would just do a single blog post.
So with that said here a few rules and hints and tips on how to abide by the rules:
Unbreakable Rules:
1. $10 Trades Every 24 Hours - Do not put more than $10 on a trade until approved by me to put more than $10 on a trade. You must also make all trades expire in 24hrs. We do this for a few reasons:
- If your trade is not successful you have limited your liability to just $10
- It forces you to look at your trade every 24hrs to assess profitability and also to re-adjust any settings
that need to be re-adjusted
2. $0 Bid Adjustment With Ask.com - You must not allow ask.com to bid more than the bid that you have set in your account. This ensures that you are not spending more per click than what we have suggested to you. (PLEASE NOTE: Ask.com sometimes has technical glitches which result in this bid adjustment setting being ignored. We have contacted them about this and asked them to fix this)
3. Trading Report - We will provide you with a trading report excel spreadsheet and we request that you send this trading report completed to us every time a trade expires. This way we can analyse your results and help you to improve or correct your results.
4. Trading Changes - When setting up a trade never change more than one aspect of the trade. For example
if you want to decrease the cost per click to see if you can increase profitability this is the only aspect of the
trade that you would change. Also with these changes you must not change a trade once it is under way.
I know that you are looking forward to doing your own trading but at this point please ensure that you follow my rules exactly. I personally know that breaking the rules is a great rush but normally financially can have devastating effects
