Have just read the first part of your letter to Sonaisali and while I’m delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay, I was disapponited to read of the challenges that you have experienced during your stay with us.

I appreciate the feedback and worthwhile suggestions that you have made in your letter and would like to discuss these in more detail if possible so that we can work on further improving our product and services

Many thanks for your feedback in relation to Sonaisali Island Resort, I very much appreciate your highly constructive feedback and am thrilled that you had an enjoyable visit to the Resort!

I note the areas of possible improvement that you have highlighted and am dissapointed that some of our standard practices seem to have not tranpired as they should have - particularly the Davui (Daily Activities Sheet).

IU am also very concerned about your experiance with our Transfers (Will double check that they were ours or a third party’s) - either was - your experiance was not acceptable!

I have also passed a link with your feedback to my General Manager who is based on property for his direct input.
