That's for the head up. I installed a plugin that updates with all my simple action steps each day reaching toward my goals. Sort of a live wire. I hoping to have no friends or comment and communicate with friends on my Facebook and using Twitter just for that live updates. Keeping it simple! I might say your email today distracted me for another two hours! Technology is addictive :)!
